One-bedroom home sales ranged from $718,000 to $999,900 with a median price of $882,500.  Two-bedroom homes ranged from $1,200,000 to $1,800,000 with a median of price of 1,482,500.  Three-bedroom units ranged from $1,550,000 to $2,475,000 with a median price of $1,675,000.  One studio apartment sold for $659,000.
